On August 8, the Chinese Culture and Buddhism Seminar was held in Chengdu. The seminar focused on discussing culture, integrating intelligence, as well as promoting Chinese and Buddhism culture.

The seminar was hosted by Sichuan Provincial United Front Work Department of CPC and Sichuan Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee. Over 100 Tibetan specialists and Tibetan Buddhists attended the three-day seminar, which includes theme speeches, commencement ceremony, etc.
