In order to provide better service, the Yading, Tibet border station has set up a cultural exchange platform for its police officers, using cultural exchange lectures, classroom instruction, discussions, and other methods to enhance the operational capacity of the officers on duty, increase officers’ foreign language level, and create a good living environment for the police officers.
