According to the Tibet Autonomous Region Intangible Cultural Assets Protection Center, work related to the second batch of Tibet intangible culture teaching bases has officially finished and autonomous region libraries amongst other organizations were selected totaling to 51 different parties that are all to be included.

According to what was learned, the second batch of teaching bases went through an even more strict process of authentication and need to be based on a national level or autonomous region level intangible cultural asset listed project and have fixed teaching and activities centers and furthermore have set inheritors amongst other things. Other than this, it is necessary to individuals that will continue to pass down the art, and take a role in offering related internships and occupational positions to participants.
The establishment of such teaching bases is conducive for inheritors to formulate model inheritance projects and furthermore to take a step forward in improving the effectiveness of non-material cultural asset protection.
