Gannan thangka art exhibit held in southeast China
On April 18, the Tashi Delek: Gannan Labrang Thangka Art Exhibition opened at the Fujian-Taiwan Kinship Museum of China in Fujian Province, southeast China. This free exhibition will continue through May 14.
A total of 60 pieces of thangka paintings including thangka paintings from Qing dynasty and embroidered thangka paintings from the Gannan Labrang Monibao Thangka Center are on display. A video viewing and interactive area will also be set up to invite the public to learn more about thangka art.
