“The far-off land” is kind of a symbol. Nowadays, the reality of the lives of young people is too distant from their innermost ideals. Yet their young, bold and unrestrained determination push them to go to find their self-values. There in “The far-off land” becomes a “faith”. Tibet, a land possessing unique landscapes and religious believes, is where the six artists went deep into, lived and created their art. They had their thoughts and feelings written down using the methods of oil paintings and photography. On the one hand they were searching for the truth of the strange land; on the other hand, they were looking for the final home of their souls.

They have wholeheartedly prepared for this “The far-off land” paintings exhibition which attempts to reveal their true feelings during this journey for the quest.
